Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

At Golden Botanical Health LLC, we understand that prompt order delivery is essential. All orders placed through ehoneypower.com are transmitted directly to our climate-controlled domestic fulfillment facility within minutes of successful checkout.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are packaged and dispatched into the postal carrier stream on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, over weekends, or on federal holidays are queued for immediate dispatch on the following business morning. During peak holiday seasons or major promotional events, please allow up to 24 hours for warehouse processing.

As soon as carrier shipping labels are generated at our fulfillment center, an automated email confirmation containing your direct tracking link is sent to the address provided during checkout. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for carrier sorting hubs to scan the package and update initial movement details online. If you do not see this email within one business day, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact our support desk for assistance.

Your personal privacy is our absolute priority. Every HoneyPower order is shipped in plain, unmarked brown corrugated boxes or durable padded mailers. There are zero product brand logos, no descriptions of contents, and no health-related markings anywhere on the exterior shipping parcel.

The return address label displays only our generic fulfillment center name: "Fulfillment Center / GBH LLC" along with our facility postal address. Furthermore, your bank statement will show a confidential billing descriptor such as "GBH Nutrition" or "Golden Botanical Health" rather than explicit male performance references, ensuring complete confidentiality.

Military Mail (APO / FPO / DPO) & U.S. Territories

We proudly ship to U.S. military service members stationed worldwide via APO, FPO, and DPO postal addresses via USPS Military Mail. Delivery times to overseas military postal units typically take between 7 and 14 business days depending on active military postal handling. We also ship seamlessly to all U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

While postal carrier errors are exceedingly rare, we take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches your hands safely.
